Before shipping, we review and carefully pack each of our products.
DAMAGE ITEM
If in any case you receive damaged item or item that doesn't mach to your order please let us know immediately. Send us an e-mail to info@verka.eu with your full name, order number and explanation of an issue. We will then contact you back as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange.
DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU ORDERED
If you don't like the product you ordered you can request refund or exchange by sending us an e-mail but in that case shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchange, you will also be charged the cost of shipping of the new item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS
